By accessing or using Pulse Network ("the site", "the service") operated by Public Engagement Marketing Network Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Nature of the Service — No Real-Money Gambling

Pulse Network is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. All games use virtual Signal Coins only. Signal Coins have NO monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Winning Signal Coins on any game does not constitute gambling winnings under UK law or any other jurisdiction.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency due to technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Network Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed £50.
